How do I add a new donation?

Navigate to the Donations module in your dashboard, click "Add Donation", enter the donor details, amount, and fund, then click save. A receipt will be automatically generated.

Can multiple people manage the mosque account?

Yes! You can invite unlimited team members (on PRO) and assign them specific roles like Admin, Treasurer, or Viewer to control what they can see and do.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data belongs to you. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your data until the end of your billing cycle. You can export all your records to CSV at any time.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. We also offer two-factor authentication to keep your account safe.
