Financial Information

We process transaction data (donations and expenses) that you enter into the system. Subscription payments are processed securely via Razorpay; we do not store your full credit card or bank details on our servers.

• To provide and maintain our Service
• To manage your account and subscription
• To generate financial reports and receipts as requested by you
• To notify you about changes to our Service
• To provide customer support

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

All data is stored on secure servers and encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols (SSL/TLS, AES-256). We retain your data for as long as your subscription or trial remains active. Upon account deletion request or subscription termination, all database records will be permanently deleted after 30 days, unless required to be retained under applicable legal mandates.

We engage selected third-party service providers to perform operational functions on our behalf. These include:

• Razorpay: Secure billing and payment gateway processing.
• Supabase / PostgreSQL: Secure hosting for application databases.
• Railway: Backend API hosting infrastructure.
• Vercel: Frontend application hosting platform.
• Resend / Nodemailer: Transactional email notifications and alerts.

6. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can export your mosque financial ledger data at any time directly through the dashboard. To request permanent account and data deletion, please contact our support team atsupport@masjidflow.in. Once initiated, all associated tenant data is cleared within 30 days.
