1Types of Reports
MasjidFlow provides several pre-built reports to help you understand your mosque's financial health:
- Monthly Income Statement: Summary of all donations vs expenses for the month.
- Fund Balance Report: Current standing of every fund.
- Donor Statement: Annual contribution summary for specific donors.
- Expense Breakdown: Detailed list of spending by category.
2Generating and Exporting
Navigate to Reports. Select the report type and date range you need. You can then:
Download raw data to open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Get a print-ready summary for committee meetings.
3Visual Analytics
Your dashboard features interactive charts that show trends over time. Hover over chart elements to see exact figures and compare this month to the last.

Best Practices
- •Generate and review financial reports at the end of every month.
- •Share PDF summaries with the mosque committee for transparency.
- •Use the CSV export to perform custom analysis if needed.
Troubleshooting
The report shows a different balance than my bank.
This usually means some transactions (like bank fees or uncleared cheques) haven't been recorded in MasjidFlow yet.
Can I schedule reports to be emailed?
This feature is currently in development for PRO users. For now, you must generate them manually.
