Setting up your Profile
Your profile is your digital identity in MasjidFlow. Learn how to manage your personal information and account security.
1Personal Information
Update your name, contact number, and profile picture fromSettings > Profile. This information is visible to other admins in your mosque team.
- Display Name: How you will appear in audit logs.
- Phone Number: Used for account recovery and notifications.
- Avatar: Upload a professional photo or icon.
2Security & Password
Protect your account with a strong password and two-factor authentication (2FA). We recommend changing your password every 90 days.

3Roles & Permissions
Your account has a specific role (e.g., Owner, Admin, Treasurer). Your role determines what you can see and do in MasjidFlow.
Best Practices
- •Use a unique password that you don't use for other services.
- •Verify your phone number to ensure you can always recover your account.
- •Logout from public or shared computers after your session.
Troubleshooting
I forgot my password.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to receive a reset link via email.
How do I change my primary email?
For security reasons, changing your primary email requires verification of the new address. Contact support if you lose access to your current email.
