1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MasjidFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure that any data entered into the system is accurate and complies with local laws.

3. Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds

Certain features are only available with a paid subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Billing settings page. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. All subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal activities or to store unauthorized financial information. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability and Service Availability

MasjidFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of the Service, but we do not offer any uptime guarantees or service level agreements (SLAs). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or for any loss of data.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes that affect your subscription.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
