1Choosing a Plan
MasjidFlow offers a simple pricing structure designed to grow with your mosque. You can start with our 14-day free trial of the PRO plan to explore all features.
- Free Plan: Basic donation tracking for small mosques.
- PRO Plan: Advanced analytics, unlimited team members, and WhatsApp receipts.
2Upgrading and Proration
When you upgrade from Free to PRO, the features are unlocked instantly. If you upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle, we use prorated billing:
"You only pay for the remaining days of the month at the new rate. No double charging."
3Managing Invoices
All your past invoices are available under Settings > Billing. You can download them as PDF for your mosque's accounting records.

Troubleshooting
My payment failed. What should I do?
Verify your card details and ensure you have sufficient funds. Our system will automatically retry the payment after 24 hours.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from the Billing settings. You will continue to have PRO access until the end of your current billing period.
