1. Proprietary Rights

The MasjidFlow platform, including its source code, database architecture, user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) workflows, graphics, and underlying algorithms, is the exclusive property of MasjidFlow and its founder, Danish Mohiudin.

All rights are reserved worldwide. The platform is protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

2. Source Code Protection

Unauthorized access to, extraction of, or reverse engineering of the MasjidFlow source code is strictly prohibited. This includes all backend APIs, frontend components, and database schemas. Any attempt to clone, replicate, or create derivative versions of the software will be met with appropriate legal enforcement and account termination.

3. Trademark Notice

"MasjidFlow", the MasjidFlow logo, and any associated slogans are legally protected trademarks. Use of these marks for commercial or non-commercial purposes without explicit written authorization is strictly forbidden.

4. Prohibition of Cloning

MasjidFlow serves a specific religious and community purpose. We prohibit the unauthorized "white-labeling" or cloning of our workflows for alternative platforms. Our unique approach to fund management and muqtadi tracking is an intellectual asset of this project.

5. Legal Enforcement

MasjidFlow reserves the right to monitor platform usage to prevent intellectual property theft. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief and monetary damages for any breach of these proprietary terms.
