How to recover accidentally deleted records in MasjidFlow.

The Safety Net

Mistakes happen. That's why MasjidFlow uses a "Soft Delete" system. When you delete a donation, expense, or member, it isn't immediately erased from our servers. Instead, it moves to the Trash module for 30 days.

Restoring a Record

1. Go to Trash: Select "Trash" from the dashboard sidebar.
2. Find Record: Browse the list of recently deleted items.
3. Restore: Click the "Restore" button next to the item you want to recover.
4. Verify: The record will immediately reappear in its original module with all its data intact.

Important Limits

• Records in the Trash are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days.
• Once a record is permanently deleted, it CANNOT be recovered.
• Permanent deletion happens on a rolling basis.
